Clear deliverables, a starting hour estimate, and a fixed fee. Anything beyond the agreed scope becomes its own small proposal so the original work keeps its focus.

Automation & Tooling Build from $1,300

Starting at 14 hours. Document batching and processing, data prep for API calls, scripting for Windows/Linux, and an AWS pipeline — custom Python plus .bat/.sh glue that removes a recurring manual task for good.

Document & Compliance Underwriting from $575

Starting at 5 hours. Supporting-document and resource collection, drafting of the required documents, package organization and sorting, two proofing sessions, and templating/automation so future filings take a fraction of the time.

Priced to the value at stake

Fixed fees are for work whose shape we already know. Bigger engagements are priced to what they're worth to you, not to a timesheet: before you commit, we'll sketch the return together — the hours a process is bleeding, the incidents it's costing, the revenue a slow system is leaving on the table. A system that saves a team ten hours a week pays for itself fast, and we'd rather show you that math than ask you to take it on faith.

How we engage

Larger or open-ended work is scoped after a short discovery call so the estimate reflects your actual systems.

Project engagement

A contained scope with a clear set of requirements and an MVP target. We bootstrap the project, plan the stories and tasks, work in two-week sprints, and pair with your project manager to drive it to delivery.

Ad-hoc & retainer

Scripting, form automation, database migration, and file-to-structured-data work — billed hourly. For teams without dedicated IT we also offer weekly hours for support, patching, and fixes.

Performance & modernization

Performance-rescue and legacy-modernization engagements — slow systems, fragile deploys, compliance gaps. Scoped per engagement after we've seen where the real bottleneck is.
