Healthcare, insurance, finance, and public-sector work share a problem: the cost of an error isn't a line in a backlog — it's a breach, an audit finding, a denied claim, a person who falls through. FJS builds in these spaces with the domain fluency to match the engineering.

That fluency is earned. Our graduate work was in healthcare and insurance economics and public program evaluation — Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, eligibility and prior authorization, clinical documentation and reporting requirements, the actuarial logic of risk and coverage. We've shipped HIPAA-bound systems for a major hospital system, security and deployment hardening for a global bank, and a Medicaid-waiver platform of our own. We speak the regulatory vocabulary before the first line of code.
